Antczak Construction, Inc. provides an annual safety training session for all employees as well as individual training throughout the year. Our training includes OSHA and MSHA requirements.

Supervisors hold mandatory “Toolbox Talks” with the crew, covering safety topics. Antczak Construction prides itself on our consecutive safety record.

Qualified for state work, Antczak Construction is pre-qualified with the Wisconsin DOT for bidding state work and is bonded.

Get to Know Our History

In 1953, Joe Antczak started Antczak Construction, Inc. with one dozer. He did custom work for his family and friends, and through the years, he became known for the quality of work and service he provided. In 1980, Joe sold the business to his son, Don and Joanne. They expanded the services they provided to meet the needs of the area. To better serve their customers, Don and Joanne built a new shop and office in 1998, and another new office in 2018. For over 40 years, Don, Joanne, and their employees served their customers with pride and dedication. In 2020 Don and Joanne sold the business to their son, Craig and Megan.

As a third-generation excavation company, Craig and Megan are ready to take the business into the 21st century with new equipment and vehicles, and embrace the technological world we live in. We're equipped for all classes of excavating work, including land clearing, road building, dams and ponds, trucking, raking, backhoe service, soil conservation, and building site preparation. We can also supply you with any sand, gravel, rock, and topsoil you may need for your project with access to 9 locations throughout the area.
